1. Is my password case sensitive?
Yes, your password is case sensitive. If you created your password using upper case letters and try to login using lower case letters, or vice versa, it won’t work.
2. What is my Username?
Your Username is the email address you used when you created your Absolute Poker account. Please make sure that this is the information you are entering.
3. Is there another way to login?
You can try logging in directly from a table. Before you enter your log in information, choose a table and try to take a seat. You will then be prompted for your username and password.
4. What if I’m not sure about my password?
Make sure you login using your correct password. If you can’t remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button at the login screen. We will then send a temporary password to your registered email address.
5. I haven’t received an email with my validation code?
We emailed you a 5-character validation code when you first registered. Depending on your email filters, your provider may have misdirected our message to your spam or junk mail folder. You can easily rectify this by following the instructions provided at http://www.absolutepoker.net/support/email.
6. What is the purpose of email validation codes?
We use email validation codes to verify the email addresses of our players before providing access to our software. To prevent fraud, all players must validate their email address. If you email us requesting assistance with your account validation, please be sure to send your message from the email account you used during registration.
7. Why is it important to have an answer for the security question in my profile?
All new players will be required to submit an answer to a security question of their choice when they register with Absolute Poker. All players that have existing accounts can update their profiles by launching Absolute Poker, clicking on "My Account" and then on "Update Profile". Click on “Change Password” when a new window appears. You can then select your security question and answer.
Remember to keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone else. Your security question will function like a password and will be required to update your personal information or obtain any information about your account status and balance.
8. How do I change my password?
After logging in, you may change your password by clicking on "Update Profile" under the “My Account” menu. Please click on the Change Password link. Kindly be advised that passwords are case sensitive and should contain between 6 and 12 alphanumeric characters.
9. How do I change my registered e-mail address?
